Because vaping products are considered consumables and subject to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns or issue refunds in specific cases.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Pin Payments.
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Shipping and Delivery Issues

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal or courier services after dispatch.
  • For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly.
  • We’ll assist where possible, but compensation is not guaranteed once the parcel leaves our premises.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Deliveries

If we shipped the wrong product, please notify us immediately with your order details and a photo.
We’ll cover all return and replacement shipping costs in such cases.


8. Consumer Rights (Australian Law)

This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your rights under the ACL cannot be excluded.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
